purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding framework.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES
Soon Sunday (operated by Mangue Rose) provides elite, bespoke consulting services in the field of personal dating,
including but not limited to: digital identity and bio optimization audits (“Profile Makeovers”), high-end dating
scouting (“Bespoke Scouting”), and lifestyle coordination/intermediary planning (“Dating Concierge”). - STRICT OBLIGATION OF MEANS (NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS)
CRUCIAL NOTICE: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by Soon Sunday are strictly
bound by an OBLIGATION OF MEANS (OBLIGATION DE MOYENS) and absolutely NOT AN
OBLIGATION OF RESULT (OBLIGATION DE RÉSULTAT).

Profile Audits & Rebranding: Soon Sunday deploys maximum expertise, strategic insight, and high-end
aesthetic curation to optimize the Client’s digital presence. However, Soon Sunday cannot control, influence, or
predict third-party dating application algorithms, platform technical shifts, or individual user preferences.
Consequently, Soon Sunday guarantees absolutely no specific volume of “likes”, “matches”, connections, or
subsequent romantic interactions. Rejection or low engagement on external platforms remains a variable inherent
to human behavior and digital software, for which Soon Sunday holds zero liability.
Matchmaking & Scouting: Soon Sunday searches for matches using selective curation. Human chemistry,
emotional attraction, and personal compatibility are subjective and entirely unpredictable. Soon Sunday
guarantees neither love, long-term relationships, nor mutual attraction.
- DATING CONCIERGE & THIRD-PARTY EVENT DISCLAIMERS
In its capacity as a Dating Concierge, Soon Sunday acts solely as an intermediary logistical advisor. Soon Sunday
cannot be held responsible or legally liable for any logistical disruption outside of its direct control, including but not
limited to:

Sudden cancellations, unpunctuality, or behavioral misconduct by the introduced match or date.
Third-party venue conditions: unannounced closures, overbooking, noise levels, poor service quality, or venue
capacity issues.
Force majeure events, severe weather conditions, or transportation disruptions affecting the execution of the date.
The Client assumes all personal and financial responsibility during dates. Soon Sunday explicitly disclaims any
liability for emotional distress, physical safety, property damage, or financial expenditure incurred during encounters
coordinated through its services.

- ABSOLUTE LEGALITY, ETHICS & ANTI-EXPLOITATION POLICY
Soon Sunday operates under strict adherence to French and international ethical standards. The services provided are
strictly restricted to legitimate, romantic, social, and relationship consulting.
ZERO TOLERANCE PROSTITUTION CLAUSE: Under no circumstances does Soon Sunday facilitate, tolerate,
or engage in escort services, commercial companionship, prostitution, or human trafficking, as defined under the
French Penal Code (Articles 225-5 et seq.) and international law. Soon Sunday does not procure financial
compensation for physical encounters. Any attempt by a Client to utilize Soon Sunday’s services to solicit paid
companionship, illegal acts, or unethical behavior will result in the IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the contract,
without notice and with zero refund rights, and may be reported to competent legal authorities. - FEES, RETAINERS & STRICT NON-REFUNDABILITY
Due to the bespoke, immediate, and high-intensity nature of elite scouting and identity consulting, all financial
transactions are governed by the following elite boutique standards:

No Refunds: All payments, retainers, and package fees made to Soon Sunday are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
once the service cycle has commenced (including but not limited to the onboarding interview, audit execution, or
active scouting launch).
Buyer’s Remorse: Change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with third-party dating apps
do not qualify for refunds or credits. Time blocks and custom assets allocated to the Client are locked upon
payment.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soon Sunday’s cumulative financial liability for any claim arising out of or
relating to these Terms shall never exceed the exact amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. The
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soon Sunday (Mangue Rose) from any third-party claims resulting from
the Client’s personal conduct, breach of platform rules, or misleading personal information provided during
onboarding.

SOON SUNDAY — International Terms & Conditions - GOVERNING LAW AND WORLDWIDE JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by FRENCH LAW, regardless of the Client’s residency,
nationality, or location of service execution.
Any dispute, litigation, or claim arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought
exclusively before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of the publisher, namely the
COURTS OF CHAMBÉRY, FRANCE. This jurisdictional clause applies globally and is designed to withstand
challenge from any international or domestic jurisdiction, including US federal or state courts.
